Our directors both work hands on within Elite, utilising their skills and experience to deliver an unbeatable service.  They met during previous employment and having worked in recruitment for a number of years had reached a point in their careers where the next natural step was to start a company of their own.

Hayley Isitt

Hayley has just over four years recruitment experience. Her career started within a medical recruitment agency where she excelled in this field and became one of the leading consultants supplying dietitians to the NHS and private sector hospitals.  As the youngest director of Elite she brings bundles of enthusiasm, outstanding sales abilities and builds excellent relationships with our clients.

Lindsey Julian 

Lindsey has worked within recruitment since leaving college.  She has recruited for a number of different industries including IT, Secretarial, Medical and now Property.  Her career expands fourteen years where she has covered many positions from general recruitment to account management for major IT corporations. Her expertise lies within her knowledge of the industry, as well as the sales she focuses on the marketing and business development of Elite.
